In my defense, I've been skiing for something like 15 years. In theory, I should know what I'm doing. I have also taken similar falls about ten thousand times before and I've never sustained a single bruise, scrape, or cut, much less a broken anything. It was just wrong place, wrong time, wrong position, wrong everything else.
It's a spiral fracture of the fibula, but I didn't so much as bruise my ankle, my knee, or my tibia, so, as breaks go, I'm pretty lucky. It's well supported and I don't even need a hardcore cast, j
